350 is the most important number in the world. 350 is the number that leading scientists say is the safe upper limit for carbon dioxide—measured in "Parts Per Million" in our atmosphere. 350 PPM—it's the number humanity needs to get back to as soon as possible to avoid runaway climate change.
Unfortunately we're already at 387 PPM, but there is still hope and still time to get back to 350.
We are so proud of our regular Kids Ahoy NatureKeepers - CJ, Justine and Alon, joined today by Justine's cousin Kate - who spent over an hour learning, discussing and drawing about 350. Of course, we had Huri and Aaron in our thoughts - as just because they couldn't come today, doesn't mean they weren't part of our 350 team :)

The most important thing to remember, is that we're above 350 but there is still time, still hope and if you take a look at the www.350.org website, you'll see that there are people from across the globe who today stood up and pledged to make a change.
